How We Operate
The Earth Talks Foundation operates with integrity, transparency, and accountability in accordance with applicable federal and state nonprofit law. The Foundation is organized as a nonprofit corporation for charitable and educational purposes and is recognized as a 501(c)(3) public charity.
Governance and fiduciary oversight are provided by the Board of Directors, which is responsible for mission alignment, financial oversight, and regulatory compliance. The Foundation follows established nonprofit governance standards, maintains internal financial controls, and enforces conflict-of-interest policies to ensure responsible stewardship of charitable assets. No part of the Foundation’s net earnings inures to the benefit of any private individual.
As an early-stage organization, the Foundation is committed to accurate representation of its activities and to building long-term trust through sound governance and prudent growth.
