Our Roots and Strategic Alignment

The Earth Talks Foundation advances environmental education, dialogue, and action inspired by the Rotary Environmental Network Club. The Foundation and the Club are aligned in mission and values but operate as separate, independent organizations with their own governance and financial oversight. The Foundation removes financial barriers so anyone can participate in a Rotary Club focused on environmental work. This work is guided by shared values:

  • Service above self
  • Education as a catalyst for change
  • Global cooperation paired with local action
  • Stewardship of natural resources

Purpose

Advancing environmental sustainability and stewardship through education, collaborative and community engagement. Connecting individuals and organizations to share knowledge, develop solutions and inspire actions that protect and restore the earth. No part of the Corporation’s net earnings shall endure to benefit any private individual. The Corporation shall not carry on activities prohibited for organizations exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
